TERMS

The units are for sale freehold, the demise to include the dedicated parking area for each unit and any associated landscaping areas. Prices subject to fit out option on application. All units subject to VAT.

RESERVATION A non refundable £500 deposit is required to secure a unit with contracts to be exchanged within 28 days and payment of 5% deposit. The balance of the purchase price is payable on practical completion of the unit.
