Felixstowe to get new Summit - Masterlord Expands to Felixstowe

Following on from their unprecedented success in Ipswich Masterlord Estates latest development is changing the skyline in Felixstowe. Summit Business Park is a brand new 6.5 acre business park under construction just outside the dock gates.

Phase 1 will comprise 13 individual freehold units of between 1680 to 3750 sq ft on 2 and 3 floors some with feature balconies. “ we are delivering a totally new style of business unit for todays progressive occupiers who need to keep pace with the rapidly changing market conditions. The units will incorporate high profile fully glazed front and rear elevations offering a high degree of flexibility. They will be fitted out ready for immediate occupation including full reverse cycle air conditioning, suspended ceilings , LG3 lighting, wooden floors and high levels of on site car parking within a fully landscaped site.”

Felixstowe has the largest deep water container port in the country and has seen significant expansion over recent years since it was taken over by Hutchinson Wampoa “ Unusually for Felixstowe, where most of the land is owned by Trinity College, we are delighted to be able to offer companies the opportunity to acquire the freehold interest in the buildings or to take advantage of our “ flexi lease “ terms with an easy in and easy out terms if this is the preferred choice “

The success of our business is built on our flexible approach in assisting companies to get what they want out of a building rather that having to change their business to suit the limited properties available. We make buying or renting a property a very simple and enjoyable process hence the reason we have already sold 8 our of the 13 units in phase one of this scheme which is due for completion until June 2007.

Phase 2 will comprise a further 11 units of 2500 sq ft which could be combined to suit larger occupiers or customised to suit specific requirements .
